Delivery delays due to COVID-19

Due to the current global situation, shipments may experience some delays, but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.

Delivery

All orders placed online are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 2-3 working days. A confirmation email will also be sent through to the email address provided to notify you that your order was placed. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock and not stated, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

All orders received before 1pm will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the following day for a standard delivery unless chose otherwise by the customer. For Next day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm.

 

Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

 

Standard Mainland UK Delivery: Arrives in 2-3 business days if placed by 1pm

Outside of the UK: Arrives in 5-7 business day (subject to destination)

 

Saturday: Saturday delivery is not guaranteed to remote rural areas

Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered business days.

 

Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and payment clearance. Actual delivery times may also vary depending on your location.

Please be aware that all items are sent via recorded delivery and this would require there to be a signature for the delivery. Should you miss your delivery, the goods will be held for you with redelivery information provided.
